More than uniforms

A better way to get
carnival ready.

At many carnivals, every team organises its own kit. Club volunteers manage the suppliers, designs, sizing and deadlines alongside everything else it takes to get a team there.

Carnival Ready brings that preparation together through a preferred supplier partnership. Organisers can give teams a clear apparel ordering route, with practical support from Dialocal Active and agreed content to help promote the event.

Teams keep their colours, logos and approved artwork. The shared process makes preparation easier while celebrating the identities that make your carnival unique.

A partnership with practical value

Your questions

Made to fit
your carnival.

Does every team need the same design?

No. Each team keeps its own colours, logos and approved artwork. A preferred supplier pathway gives teams a common service and ordering process, with designs tailored to their identity.

What does a preferred supplier partnership involve?

We agree the apparel categories, team ordering process and organiser support together. The carnival can endorse Dialocal as a recommended ordering route and introduce the programme through its official channels. Existing supplier commitments and any exceptions are discussed upfront.

Can teams raise funds through supporter gear?

Yes, where a suitable range and order model are agreed. Players and supporters can pre-order selected items, with the team receiving its full agreed fundraising margin. Prices, margin, order window and distribution arrangements are set before launch.

How early should we start planning?

Get in touch once your event and team needs begin taking shape. We work backwards from when garments need to arrive, allowing for design approvals, sizing, production and freight. We confirm a workback for your order rather than promising a fixed turnaround before the brief is known.
